Information Innovators Inc. (Triple-i) Merges with Leading Software Development Company, GoldBot Consulting Inc. 

Information Innovators Inc. (‘Triple-i’), a professional Information Technologies services company, today announced the merger with GoldBot Consulting Inc. (‘GoldBot’), a firm known for its DoD/IC community acclaimed geospatial predictive technology, data mining, and information analytics. Outcome Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to GoldBot Consulting, Inc.

Information Innovators Inc. (‘Triple-i’), a professional Information Technologies services company, today announced the merger with GoldBot Consulting Inc. (‘GoldBot’), a firm known for its DoD/IC community acclaimed geospatial predictive technology, data mining, and information analytics. The acquisition is intended to significantly strengthen and expand Triple-i’s solutions portfolio and IT offerings to its Federal Government customers. The acquisition enables Triple-i to develop its client solutions in the areas of web services and SOA-based systems, data mining capabilities, and predictive intelligence.
