Intelligent Decisions, a developer of innovative IT solutions for the Federal Government.

Outcome Capital is pleased to announce that Intelligent Decisions, a developer of innovative IT solutions for the Federal Government headquartered in Ashburn, VA, has sold two Maryland-based counterintelligence and intelligence business units to Arlington, VA-based Federal Data Systems.  Outcome Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Intelligent Decisions.  Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
